Chris Estrella

Bio

Chris Estrella is a liturgical musician, director, composer, youth minister and faith speaker. He works as the coordinator of liturgical music for the Diocese of San Bernardino, California, and has presented workshops at national conferences such as the Los Angeles Religious Education Congress and the National Association of Pastoral Musicians (NPM). He has also performed internationally, speaking at multiple World Youth Days.

As a minister to young people, Chris presents inspiring talks, retreats, worship experiences and workshops, all with down-to-earth realism, humor and an energetic vibe. These elements, combined with music, pastoral leadership and the examples of the saints, have made Chris a popular speaker for parish missions, youth nights, teen and adult events, and formation conferences.

With over 15 years of professional liturgical experience, including a wealth of multicultural/multigenerational musical styles, Chris serves as the director of the combined diocesan choir for San Bernardino. Additionally, he leads eucharistic adoration and contemporary worship events with his group, the Chris Estrella Music Ministry (CEMM).

His wife, Alex Estrella, often accompanies him in the ministry of prayerful movement. The two live in San Bernardino with their daughter, Evangeline.
